Journal Policy & Directives
Screening for Plagiarism
By submitting a manuscript, the author(s) acknowledge that the submitted work complies with the Publication Ethics of the journal and accept ethical responsibility for the article. Each author is responsible for the content of the article.
All submitted manuscripts are screened with the iThenticate® plagiarism detection software before they are sent to the referees. If the similarity rate is higher than 25% (excluding references), or if plagiarism or self-plagiarism is detected, the manuscript is returned to the author(s) for appropriate citation and correction. If the similarity rate is still higher than 25% after correction, the journal reserves the right to reject the manuscript.
